FEATURES

One backup workflow.
Many ways to make it yours.

Detailed control from folder selection to recovery. Each feature links to its own practical guide.

Drive, Dropbox, FTP and disk destinations

Back up the same job to multiple destinations, one at a time.

  • Edit a job and open Destinations. Add the cloud account, FTP server or disk location you need.
  • Choose a separate destination folder for each cloud account. You do not need to select the source files again for Drive and Dropbox.
  • For FTP, enter the server, credentials and an existing destination folder. Use FTPS if supported. SFTP is a different protocol and is not supported.
Step-by-step guide

Multiple source folders

Add folders and understand overlapping sources and source removal.

  • Choose the main source on General. Use Add folder on Additional sources to include more folders.
  • Check subfolder coverage. In normal backups, an already covered subfolder is not scanned twice; earlier sources take precedence.
  • Additional sources use separate destination subfolders containing a source identifier, so identical folder names do not collide.
Step-by-step guide

Schedules and the job queue

Run hourly, daily or on selected days and times.

  • Enable scheduling on the General tab.
  • For hourly schedules, set the interval. For daily or weekly schedules, enter times such as 09:00,18:30.
  • For weekly schedules, select the days. After saving, check the next run shown on the job card.
Step-by-step guide

ZIP, encryption and retention

Archive your sources together and set retention for older archives.

  • Open ZIP and retention in the job and enable ZIP backup.
  • The main folder contents and selected additional sources are included according to scope and exclusion rules.
  • To protect the archive, enable ZIP encryption and set a password. This is separate from the application login password.
Step-by-step guide

File filters and folder exclusions

Leave temporary files and unwanted subfolders out of your backup.

  • On File filters, enable filtering for this job. Preset rules do not apply while the feature is disabled.
  • Check the types you want to exclude, such as temporary files or thumbnail caches.
  • Use the file-type field for an extension that is not listed. Advanced rules can use patterns such as *.tmp or node_modules/.
Step-by-step guide

Block backup for large files

Avoid re-uploading unchanged blocks in eligible large files.

  • On Protection, enable block backup for large files. This feature applies only to Google Drive destinations.
  • Set the threshold in MB. The 512 MB default is configurable; files at or above the threshold use block format.
  • The first run uploads content blocks and a file map. Later runs read the file and compare block hashes.
Step-by-step guide

VSS and mass-change protection

Use snapshots for open files and checks for unusual changes.

  • For open or locked files, enable Read from VSS snapshot on Protection.
  • VSS requires administrator privileges and working Windows VSS services. If snapshot creation fails, inspect the detailed log.
  • Enable Stop backup on mass changes and set the percentage threshold for changed or missing files.
Step-by-step guide

Pause, idle conditions and bandwidth

Let backup follow your computer and network usage preferences.

  • Select Pause on the job card and Resume to continue. Stop cancels the current run; Skip advances the queue.
  • On Conditions, require idle time only before starting, or throughout the job. Idle detection uses keyboard and mouse activity.
  • In Settings, optionally defer work on battery and pause uploads on metered networks. These are global conditions.
Step-by-step guide

Deletion and synchronization rules

Choose deliberately which direction deletions should follow.

  • Review global and job-level deletion settings together. Deletion synchronization is disabled by default.
  • Delete from destinations when deleted on PC propagates removal of mapped files inside selected sources.
  • Delete from PC when deleted at the destination can propagate destination deletions back to the local source.
Step-by-step guide

Restore files and folders

Download Drive backups in batches and reconstruct block backups.

  • Open Restore (Geri Yükle) in the sidebar and choose a Google Drive account.
  • Use Select folder to open the backup location. Select the files or folders you want.
  • Select Download selected and choose an output folder on your PC.
Step-by-step guide

Activity logs and email reports

Filter results and receive email for the events you choose.

  • Expand a job in Files and filter uploaded, updated, unchanged or failed items.
  • Filter the Activity log by severity. Completion descriptions include checked, added, updated and skipped file counts.
  • In Settings, enable automatic log cleanup and set the age in days. Clearing logs does not remove destination backups.
Step-by-step guide

Application lock and local security

Understand what sign-in protection does and where its limits are.

  • On first use, set an application password of at least eight characters, or choose password-free use.
  • Manage password protection in Settings. Removing existing protection requires password verification.
  • Use Lock in the sidebar. When password protection is enabled, reopening from the tray prompts for authentication.
